(At this point I think I might just be rant/journaling! Just go watch the show its great! Bunch of wet blankets that disliked it. On the other hand a movie version has been imagined for you, increasing the odds that it could conflict with personal preferences. I suppose by remaining vague in some areas the writer allows for more people to adapt the narrative to their own point of view thereby increasing the success. (Amazing process but on second thought just how inefficient is it? How much is lost in translation? Misinterpreted? Elon we need that brain interface asap!) Their thoughts into words then decode back into thoughts by the reader! Like an exclusive release only for yourself, one that has been filtered through your experiences, beliefs and so many conscious or unconscious bias's. Nice skill we have, to read then instantly create a mental image of it. How we picture different characters appearances, attitudes or how our inner voice thought their voices sounded like. To be successful it needs to be as good as or better than what our imagination has created as we read through the story.

In my opinion it is a daunting task to adapt a book for the big screen. ( Dan Brown's 'Inferno' was such a great book, but the movie changed the climactic ending and RUINED IT!. He was invited by his friend, Peter Solomon.

TLDR: Halfway through the episode the mystery/thriller/adventure pace was set and having read the book I know the ending but still found myself pondering different theories.
